Lucky Gem Disclaimer: What You Can and Cannot Take From Our Pages
Can a casino page promise you a win? No, and ours do not try. What we publish is general information about Lucky Gem: games, offers, payments and support. That includes the lobby with 6,000 or more titles, the payment routes for deposits and the support routes we run, live chat and e-mail. It is not legal advice, financial advice or a forecast of results.
Accuracy and changing offers
Offers move
Welcome packages, reload promotions and live-casino bonuses carry percentages, caps and wagering figures that can be adjusted. The conditions shown with an offer when you claim it are the ones that count, and a figure read earlier may differ. The welcome package is a good example: four deposit stages, each with its own match percentage, free spins and EUR 20 minimum, and a wagering multiplier tied to the bonus amount. Reading all of it before the first deposit saves surprises.
Figures in euros
Amounts on our pages are shown in EUR. A deposit made in a currency other than your account currency is converted at an exchange rate, so the credited sum can differ from a euro figure we quote.
Games and studios
Studios such as Play’n GO, Evolution and Habanero supply titles to the lobby, and the line-up of games can shift over time. A title you remember from an earlier visit may sit elsewhere or be gone, and the number of titles quoted on our pages is a round indication, not a count to the last game.
External websites
Our pages can point outside, to a help organisation, a game studio or a payment provider. A few points on outside sites:
- They belong to other parties with their own content and rules.
- We have no say over what they publish or how they change.
- A mention of an organisation or provider is a pointer, not an endorsement of every service it runs.
- Anything you do on an outside site is between you and that site.
Limits of our liability
Liability is shared out along simple lines:
| Situation | Where responsibility lies |
|---|---|
| Losses from play | With the player who chose the stake |
| Decisions made after reading our pages | With the reader who made them |
| Payment delays at a bank or provider | With that bank or provider |
| Content of outside websites | With the owner of those websites |
What our site is
Our site is a casino with slots, table games, a live casino and a sportsbook. Game results are random. Demo play is open without an account, which makes it a fair way to see how a slot behaves before any money is involved, though demo results predict nothing about real play. A hot streak says nothing about the next spin, and no pattern, stake plan or timing turns chance into income. Play only with money you can afford to lose. A bonus does not change this: free spins and match money carry wagering conditions, and winning on a spin or two creates no obligation on us and no entitlement for you beyond the offer terms.
How this disclaimer changes
We revise the disclaimer when our offer or our pages change. The wording you read is the one in force, and questions go to live chat or e-mail support.
